Hello and thanks for looking at my web site! So many places to look for information and so many agents to contact, where do I go? I am sure this can be so very over whelming to anyone when looking to buy or sell a home. Here is a little bit about myself that may help you contact me or look for someone else.
About 12 years ago my husband and I decided to look for our first investment property. We had met plenty of real estate agents and were not thrilled with any of them. After doing most of the work and research myself, and enjoying it, I decided to get my real estate license. I knew how I wanted to be treated, what I expected from my real estate agent and started to apply that to my business.
I am a full time realtor committed to my clients. There is a lot more involved with selling a home then just showing a house and hope the buyer likes it. Agents need to understand the contracts and follow time lines as to not put their client in default. Also be aware and have knowledge of different types of loan choices available. They should show up to a home inspection and understand any issues with the house. Knowing the market area and home values so not to have an appraisal issue is very important to. Real estate is always changing. Agents need to keep up with the changes and continue to educate themselves.
With me, I am not selling you a home; I am selling you my services. I will guide you and counsel you throughout this entire process. My job is to make you understand the buying and selling process and everything that goes along with it. You will know if the home fits your wants and needs.
Please take the time to read some of my past clients’ reviews written on me. This is my on line resume.
Thanks for taking your time to visit my web site and hope to be meeting with you soon!
